The location was excellent, the restaurant and the guy at the restaurant very attentive, I like that they offer dinner and breakfast.
The facility needs update in their floors, bathroom, windows.

It was exactly as the description . It was very convenient that they included breakfast And supper in the price. There was a limited menu but the food was very good.
The internet service was not adequate.

The continental breakfast was great! Also, the staff at the restaurant.
The front desk staff did not provide us with any information upon check-in. We had to ask about everything instead of being given basic details proactively.
In addition, there was a loud party directly in front of the hotel. Our room faced the Malecón, and the music continued until almost 3:00 AM. The noise was so loud that we were unable to get any sleep. Overall, this significantly affected our stay and made it a very disappointing experience.
