A combination of a great location in the city, a comfortable room and a fair price. This hotel is the most thoughtfully decorated that I've ever visited. You can see the passion and interests of the hosts, their human side. Breakfasts were great, simple, and homemade. And the host, Tomáš, was so friendly and polite, that it made my stay in Trutnov unforgettable.
The micro issue was related to the lock in my room, sometimes it took minutes to open it. But by the end of my stay, I finally learned how to open it quickly.
