Great communication with Clary and personally prepared BF and to go for our day trip since we have to leave early. Cool AC for an unusual hot September. Walkable to all important points. Location is great specially if you need the train frequently or have day trips planned since meeting point are just around the station.

Clarissa and Monica were great hosts, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean comfortable, a lovely breakfast. Good location, within easy walking distance to all the sights of Florence.
