Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut.

Die Lage war für mich als Bahnreisender super. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und schmackhaft. Besonders süßes Gebäck war in großer Auswahl vorhanden. Sauberkeit des Zimmers war gut, die drei Handtücher pro Person wurden täglich gewechselt.

Die Betten waren teilweise durchgelegen. Jede Nacht gab es den Kampf mit dem Lacken und der Wolldecke (verrutschten ständig). Haken für die Handtücher im Bad wären super gewesen.

Except hearing the noises from the other side of the room, everything else is great, friendly staff, provided excellent

Excellent customer service.

In our room you can hear anything from the other side of the room like flushing the toilet, showers and even the closing of cabinet doors.

Ubicación cercana a estación de tren. También cerca del.centro histórico Las camas cómodas, baño bien, mejoraría el cerramiento de la ducha, es muy incómodo. Desayuno bien, los.jugoa muy muy dulces no son de mi agrado. Incorporar más opciones saludables.

Nada en especial.

El ruido insoportable del tranvía que pasa a unos metros de la ventana y el ruido de los bajantes de tuberías de agua cada vez que alguien de otra habitación más arriba usa el lavabo.

There are definitely better choices out there.

The location of the hotel is close to the train station and a parking garage.

The smell of musky old furniture. The repeated daily breakfast - if you can skip that, please do. One of the service counter person was unhelpful when I approached him on a highway toll unpaid bill.

O hotel é ótimo, é uma excelente escolha.

O hotel é limpo e confortável. A equipe é bem educada e receptiva. O café da manhã é bem diverso e saboroso. Recebi um cartão com desconto para um restaurante bem próximo. É um hotel ótimo.

Para chegar nas atrações da cidade tem que andar um pouco. No outono (quando visitei a cidade) não foi problema, já que a temperatura é bem agradável. No verão seria um pouco exaustivo.

For what we wanted it did the job. We wanted to be near the station but it was a bit of a walk away from the centre.

It was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our bathroom light went out and someone was there quickly to fix it.

The breakfast wasn’t the best. The area around the hotel seemed a bit grubby.

Great location, poor facilities.

The location

The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted much. The shower leaked every time which left a bad odour in the bathroom and then throughout the room as the day went on. The cleaners didn’t refill the toilet paper 2 days in a row so we had to ask for more.

a comfortable stay in a spotless hotel with very kind helpful staff

very clean. staff so kind and helpful. we had an early flight and needed to leave before breakfast. reception staff made us coffee and gave us a packed breakfast for the train. incredible service!

first room at front of hotel I could hear the tram and traffic and slept poorly because of this. however they were happy to move us to the back of the hotel which was very quiet

A honest review… Location by the train station which is convenient, however that particular area appears to be quite grimey / ghetto. There are much nicer areas to stay close by. Breakfast was probably the worst we have ever experienced, hence why we ate only once there in 6 days and that was a bowl of cornflakes. Staff were very rude and not willing to help. We requested for a taxi and this could not be organised, we were asked to go to the bottom of the street and try wait for one, they couldn’t organise a taxi for their guests, which is unheard of in our experience. We asked for assistance with our luggage upon checkout but we were told that they don’t offer this service.. Overall not a great experience and we definitely will not be returning here. On a positive note, the bed was okay in terms of comfiness, the room was relatively clean, the WiFi worked well, location is convenient if you require the train station. We always like to end on a positive :) #staysomewhereelse

handy but basic!

very close to the station so for older couples with suitcases it was perfect!

the room itself was basic and we expected that but an electric kettle and bar fridge really are requirements for travellers ! the shower overflowed on our first night and the Desk Manager ( not Sandro!) was particularly rude - it got fixed but damage done!

Great stay at the heart of Firenze

Breakfast was decent with lots of variety to choose from. Location was superb, so easy to go around the city and train station at the same time.

When we were there the internet was pretty slow with on and off wifi.

Pleasant

Location is good. Service is good.

No kettle, no hot water, no cup. Noisy. Sound isolation is bad. Breakfast repeat 3 days and no much choice.

Great location next to train station, nice staff, basic clean room with good bed BUT awful breakfast

Worst breakfast selection ever experienced. Noodles and rice but not any choice of egg apart from scrambled. No fresh juice , juice from a machine,and no fresh fruit. Processed sliced cheese and no choice there either. Very very disappointing.

Exceptional

Nice location just opposite side of the Florence SMN train station. Nice restaurants nearby. Just a few minutes walk from the Duomo and city center. Breakfast was excellent. They even gave us a free upgraded to a bigger room.

Fairly nice hotel lobby entrance (compared to where we stayed in Rome and Napoli). Had fairly decent breakfast selections. Large breakfast room to fit all the guests. Fairly nice room with TV.

Not necessarily the hotel's fault (other than how it was built with no insulation), but you could hear people in adjoining rooms and the halls. I'm always amazed at how loud people are in their rooms and in hotel hallways. Hotel did not have irons available for guests to use. No shelves in teh bathroom where you can place your toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, brush, etc. Had to put a towel on the floor and put them there when getting ready.
