The location was excellent, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and the price was very good compared to other hotels in the area. The staff member who checked us in was also very kind and allowed us to enter the room earlier than the scheduled check-in time, which we really appreciated. Overall, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
The bathroom looked a little older than in the photos, although it was still acceptable. The advertised coffee machine was actually just a kettle, which was a little disappointing.
Unfortunately, I also had a negative experience during check-out. I needed only 2–3 extra minutes beyond the check-out time, and I had informed the staff about this around 40 minutes in advance. Despite that, the staff member at check-out spoke to us in a very rude and unfriendly manner. I completely understand that check-out times need to be respected, but I believe the situation could have been handled much more politely.

Very friendly staff on the front desk. The cleaning staff were lovely too. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning effective
No plugs around the desk in the room so could not work at it.
Even though advertised as having the front desk covered until 13:00, the person left at 11:30. I needed to work in the lobby and luckily there was someone else who could hang around until 12:00 got me.

The hotel's address in relation to the train station is amazing.
There was a slight smell to the room that was mildew-like and likely is what aggravated my allergies. There was also water on the floor of the restroom when I arrived and some strange step-like protrusion from the wall that needed painting.
