The location was great, easy access to the train station and all the popular spots in Florence. We stayed in the junior suite which was very spacious, however the shower was designed poorly so a lot of water leaked every time we bathed. Breakfast buffet was standard. Towels provided were extremely old/thin/raggedy and unfortunately had an unpleasant smell. Overall probably won’t stay here again but will give stars for the good location and spacious room.

The room was amazing and the staff very helpful. Only one person apparently having a bad day didn’t seem to want to help or answer my questions. I went to
The front desk and they answered all my questions immediately. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay
