The location is steps above the sea and 500’ from the main entrance of Korcula city. The unit has AC a large balcony and kitchenette. Comfortable firm bed and couch to wind down on.
It’s not a four seasons but has everything you need and close to all the shops and restaurants.

We had a lovely stay at Lumina Apartments. The room was exactly as pictured, exceptionally clean, bright and modern, with a very comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The location couldn’t have been better – very central while still feeling quiet and safe at night. The room also had a fridge, plates, bowls and cutlery which were really useful, and although our room didn’t have a balcony (which we were aware of prior to booking), we were kindly told we could use the small terrace area outside.
The host was fantastic – so friendly, helpful and always very quick to respond. He met us at the port when we arrived and walked us to the apartment, had restaurant recommendations and useful information about Korčula waiting for us in the room, and kindly accommodated a later check-out on our final day. We really appreciated all the little touches and would happily stay here again.

Excellent location a few minutes walk from the ferry, some steps involved in getting to the apartment to be aware of. Clean and tidy studio, all amenities available as listed in booking details. Host excellent, met me from the ferry and guided me to a the accommodation, explained everything and gave contact details in case of an issue.
You just need to be aware of step access to apartment should you need to consider ease of access.

The balcony and view were wonderful.
The apartment was quite spacious.
Compared to other local options, it was reasonably good value for money.
Comfy sofa.
Very tired & dated. Lacked any investment. Lots of cupboards taped up or screwed shut. Shower very poor (head flopping loose). Toilet bowl stained. No essentials / extras (eg tea, sugar, toiletries, etc). Excessive religious 'art' on every wall. Dodgy door lock. No AC in the bedroom. Surprised so many people awarded this place a 9 or a 10??
