About this house rental
Truly walking distance to many attractions! This villa is a three story townhouse with private carport, big and bright living space, TV, Wifi, garden patio, gas BBQ, full size/fully equipet kitchen, air conditioner (A/C) in first floor, 3 bedrooms (with A/C), 2 1/2 bathrooms, laundry (washer and dryer) and a roof top terrace with amazing ocean views! There is a community pool only for residents and registered guests.
This house is steps away to a variety of beaches like Seven Seas and Playa La Reserva. These are very calm-sandy beaches where you can relax and rent kayaks, paddle boards or do snorkeling. There are several vendors for this activities. Also, you can take a tour to the famous Bioluminescent Bay (Laguna Grande) that is only 3 minutes away. This is one of the only five bioluminisent bays in the world!!
Or if you want to explore Fajardo's most secluded beaches, Playa Escondida (Hidden beach) and Playa Colorada...just take a 20-30 minute hike to reach the golden sands and crystal clear water.
Enjoy nearby restaurants and kiosks; many walking distance. Other restaurants are less than 5 minutes form the house.
El Yunque Rainforest: 20-30 minutes
San Juan: 1 hour
Marinas for excursions and boating: 5 minutes (Puerto Chico or Las Croabas)
Walmart Supercenter: 10 minutes
Pueblo Supermarket: 5 minutes
Walgreens:: 10 minutes
Fajardo Mall (local Mall): 10 minutes
Outlet Mall (Route 66): 20 minutes
*we have a 500 gallon water tank reserve in case of water service issues
*NO POWER GENERATOR IN THE PROPERTY. In the rare case of power lost, guests most get in contact with host and wait few hours. If the problem last a long period of time, guests most find another accomodation and the costs of following nigths will be refunded.

Our family of 3 visited Fajardo to try a different side of the island. Also wanted to be close to beaches and snorkeling tours. Pros: This place is essentially across the street from the beach. It's a little more of a rustic environment but very pretty and so convenient. You can walk to 2 restaurants or drive 5 minutes down the road to a handful of other great choices. The marina for the boat tours to Vieques and Culebra is only a 10 minute drive. The house itself was very clean and matched the description on the site. Cons: I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because it's not the most comfortable to hang out in. The beds are decent. Each room has it's own A/C. The master bedroom is missing a window (there are storm shutters on the opening instead) and because of this it was a little loud in the morning with roosters crowing, cars driving by. Def bring earplugs. Also the main living area with the tv has an outdoor couch for a couch. I understand this as people are coming in with sand etc and this would make things easier to clean. However it's not a comfortable space to hang out and relax. Overall I would say it's a good choice to be close to all the stuff!

Amazing host/owner. Communication was above and beyond my expectations. Home was super clean, spacious and had everything and more that was needed. Beautiful grounds with pool. Highly recommend Can’t wait to go back!!!
