The room was spacious and clean. The check-in and check-out was quick and smooth. The room was exactly as in the photo. It is a quiet little hotel in Kharkiv's suburb of Pisochyn.
Unfortunately, the entire interior of the hotel (including the room) smells very strongly of cigarettes. Airing the room out didn't help. And I did see one of the cleaning ladies in the hotel smoking while doing her job - which probably means that the hotel's owners' policy approves of this. This is quite regrettable, as the hotel would otherwise be a lovely place to stay. I was expecting the cigarette smell (as other reviewers had mentioned this problem), but my guests were quite put off by it.

Дуже приємний та привітний персонал. Можна замовити сніданок або обід. В номері є холодильник (дуже гучно працює, ми переставляли до впнної кімнати). В номері багато розеток. Працює кабельне телебачення. Чудова територія з альтанкою та фонтаном. На території готелю є достатньо великий басейн.
Погана звуко- і димо- ізоляція. В номерах не палять, але на поверсі є курилка, дим з якої з ранку до вечора тягне до номерів. Незручний матрац. Взагалі номер нагадував склад меблів: електричний камін, який закриває величезне незручне крісло, пуф, низенький стіл, що нижче за пуф і крісло; дві тумбочки, шафа і велика кровать заповнюють маленьку кімнату. Ми переставляли меблі.
