Nobody emailed the details of the key box. We arrived at 2 a.m and had to phone an emergency number.

I barely stay in as I was attending a master class all day.
However the balcony was a great thing. There were also shop around which is useful.
I arrived later in the evening and struggled to find my room as it can be a bit tricky when it’s dark. There was no staff around at that time . The Reception opening hours are very limited comparing to other places. The check out is also very early 10am.
