The breakfast was great and amazing quality, we stayed at the Alecrim villa and it was the best as it was straight in front of the private pool and an amazing view of the mountains.
My comment is not what I didn’t liked, because all was great! My comment is around the amenities in the villa, coffee and tea and water was not replaced all days, and as an extra bonus as a suggestion maybe a small bottle of local wine or cheese that would bring the stay and welcoming must more unique and matching the experience. Same as in the toilet some minor amenities such as hygiene bits and bobs will be so appreciated.
Overall all was great and all staff that we encountered were just very accommodating and accessible. A big shout to the lady that served us everyday at breakfast- thank you for looking after us!

Location was great for us. Quiet and close to the town. Breakfast was exceptional with amazing croissants. Check in was easy, staff took us to the room and explained everything very well. All staff members were polite and helpful. I will be staying again when in the area.

I had messaged before arrival and received detailed information about the choice of restaurants - most helpful. Plus there is a charging point.
Joana greeted us so warmly. Full of information and very friendly and helpful during our 3 night stay.
Loved our room FETO, in the old part of the hotel. Lounge facility gave us the chance to relax after a full day exploring.
Olinda and Beatrice were on hand to provide an excellent breakfast with happy smiles and attentive service. Good choices perfect to our tastes. Frequently replenished.
We will use the outdoor pool on our next visit - we will return as more to discover and this is the perfect base.
The staff are 5 stars and the best ambassadors for this excellent property.
There were a couple of very small issues with our room which were dealt with swiftly and very efficiently - guests comfort and happiness is taken seriously by these lovely staff.
