Sehr schönes Apartment in top Lage

Wir sind noch immer ganz begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt und werden sicher wieder kommen! Die Kommunikation mit Martin hat immer super funktioniert, er war immer erreichbar wenn wir was gebraucht haben und hatte sofort Lösungen parat. Das Apartment war sehr schön und die Lage einfach perfekt. Einfach ein paar Schritte die Straße runter und man ist an der Promenade wo die ganzen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind. Und dann nur noch über die Straße und man ist am Strand. Mit unserem Sohn (8 Monate) war das einfach perfekt. Zum Glück hat Martin uns noch gefragt ob wir einen Privatparkplatz dazu mieten wollen. Das würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen wenn man einen Mietwagen oder auch das eigene Auto dabei hat. Die Tiefgarage war auch nur ein paar Schritte vom Apartment entfernt und hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt, die Straßen sind sehr eng (alles Einbahnstraßen) und die Parkplätze an der Straße eigentlich immer belegt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und werden sie sicher wieder buchen!

Martin was very accommodating and assisted with anything that we needed during our 16 night stay. Would definitely book

Fantastic location only 1 min walk to the main beach of Giardini. The place was perfect for my wife and I. Very comfortable with a complete kitchen and lounge room.

Great location!

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very nice and clean and is located very close to the beach, restaurants and bus station from where you can go to the Airport, Catania or Taormina. When we arrived we found cold water and wine in the fridge, and croissants. The comunication with the host, Martin, was very good and the early check in was a plus. Small details were very important and helpfull for us: beach umbrella, fishing net, sand shovel.

For a family of four, a single entry card, was a little unplesant. It was hard to wash the children with the fixed shower, but not impossible.

Superb location, cozy, clean apartment

We chose this accommodation because of the apartment and it did not disappoint us. The location is very good, close to the beach, quiet area with a youthful vibe, and the view from the beach is superb. The apartment is clean and cozy and has everything you need. The host was very welcoming and helped us with answers to all our questions. Highly recommend it.

Very modern apartment on a busy city street

Only a couple of blocks from the sea. Extremely clean and modern apartment. Great balcony but you look straight into other people's apartments. A small market one street over. Martin responded to any questions quickly and gave good recommendations.

The parking garage was pretty creepy but at least there was parking! I wasn't aware this was a tall apartment block in such a busy location so be prepared for lots of city noise.

Very good

Fantastic apartment regarding location, facilities and cleanliness. Very modern and well equipped. Ideal for a couple. Great for the beach and for sightseeing. Very secure. Would come again. Fantastic air-conditioning. Martin was great to deal with. 👍

Only draw back was no no balcony or view. Otherwise perfect

Comfortable booking, close the the beach

It was a great location, very close to the beach and restaurants, the host was very responsive, the apartment was very clean, it had all the facilities you'll ever need, including washing machine, the bed was big and comfortable. Being there in spring, the heating was supplied only from the A/C, but it was ok.

The view from the window was towards the inside of the building, which was kinda bland. The bathroom was a little crowded, especially the toilet position or the shower door, but we managed.

Exceptional

+ very clean and comfortable - so nice like at the photo but bigger (it is plus of course :) ) + good equipment + really nice location (near beach, very nice bakery for breakfast - sandwiches, crossaint, coffee)

- this is not minus but good to know - some stairs to apartment (1 floor so not too much but for people with walking problems it could be uncomfortable - it is still achievable for people with smak child and stroller :) so it was not so big problem)

Gorgeous apartment, wonderful host.

The inner architecture is in excellent taste. Everything you need and more was there, ie. an umbrella, an ironing board and iron and even a washing machine. Everything was new and of too quality. Martin was an excellent host and extremely helpful. His English is fluent.

Very clean And modern place, perfectly located. Giardini Naxos is a Beautiful Town close to Taormina And very good communicated with other locations. Perfect stay at Martin’s Apartment!

Cute, functional apartment close to beach and public transportation

Great location, close to bus stop to and from train station, very clean, washing machine and other conveniences. Martin is very professional, very responsive and goes above and beyond for his guests. He also has great recommendations. Nice discount arrangement with nearby Lido La Romantica beach that also has a nice restaurant for lunch and drinks.

Very good

Really great location, only 3 minutes to the beach, also convenient to Taormina and Catania with bus. More quiet, less tourists, everything is cheaper. The apartment is small but well functional, there is everything you need.

The curtain in bedroom is too thin

Very nice, clean, new flat in a great location!

Great location very close to the sea, to a nice little bar and supermarket. The flat was new (or at least recently renovated) and everything was extremely clean. It also has some nice decorations, which is always a nice touch. It's got all the facilities you need, including a private garage at 10€/day. Finally, we have been travelling all around Sicily and really noticed that at Martin Holiday Apartments they care about what they do and do it properly :)

There wasn't much not to like. The only thing maybe is that we told them in advance when we were arriving and still had to wait quite some time for someone to come and check us in, and the sir (I believe it was the father) was not very friendly. But that's just one very small thing and didn't really matter.

Excellent stay !

We stayed in this beautiful new apartment and very clean, where we're welcomed from Martin's father that was a realy nice person. The apartment is in the centre near the beach, supermarket, restaurant and all bars. Martin the owner was excellent he gave us the best suggestions where to go and where to eat. We will be back!
