Located in Kiawah Island, this lovely house for $306 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This 4 bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental offers an open floor plan great for family and friends as well as spectacular golf views from both the front and back of the home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is perfect for sitting on the front porch rockers and watching the golfers as they play. Once you walk through the front door, you will feel right at home. A sitting area for relaxing and enjoying some southern sweet tea is to the left and the formal dining room is to the right. The living room has a flat screen TV and provides lots of natural lighting through many windows. French doors lead out to the back deck with gas grill and plenty of room for outdoor dining while enjoying golf course and lagoon views. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the main living area and offers an additional dining table. The master bedroom with flat screen TV has a king size bed with high quality bedding and invites you onto the deck through French doors where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the golfers. The large master bathroom has 2 separate sinks, a large counter space, a glass shower, and jetted tub. The large walk-in closet provides plenty of room for your holiday attire. This home also has 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, flat screen TV's, DVD players, and private bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. The 4th bedroom has a king size bed and a queen sofa sleeper, 32” flat screen TV, DVD player, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. This home also provides many board games for family fun and wireless internet is offered. Sparrow Hawk is only a short distance to the beautiful Kiawah Island beach. Enjoy the 5 minute bike ride along the trail to the unmatched beauty of our shore. Kiawah Island offers about 30 miles of bike trails to get you where you want to go on the island. Enjoy the world class golf courses on the island and the tennis facilities during your stay. For the fishermen, Bohicket Marina is nearby which offers offshore and inshore fishing charters as well as sailing excursions. Historic Charleston is also a top attraction to the area and is only a 45 minute drive away. Enjoy fine restaurants, antiquing, historic sites, and the harbor as you visit the city. RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email. Overall stay was fantastic and we liked the property. Only negatives were: Several shower valves were broken. Upstairs shower did not drain. TV remote for upstairs bedroom was missing

This property is modern, clean, equipped with everything you could ever need. Bikes and beach chairs included. Having a gated community allowed us a peaceful stay at the beach and it wasn’t over crowded. Lovely place.

This property is wonderful. Excellent accommodations.. We attended a dance competition and we were at the competition the majority of the time...This house was perfect for us. Each bedroom had their own bathroom so that made it easy for all of us to get to our business destination on time. Thank you!!!

Plenty of space to create family meals and to watch football. The deck was perfect for outdoor relaxing and watching the golfers go by.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure guests have everything they need. As others have mentioned, there are plenty of beach supplies in the garage (even bikes), oodles of beach towels, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, gadgets, etc. each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a quick walk to the beach, even for an upright senior. We have used rentals all over the world, and this was definitely an easy stay...we look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful week! Laurie’s house was one of the best VRBO rentals we’ve stayed in. The house was beautiful and so clean. There was nothing we wished we had had, as the owners thought of it all. We really enjoyed preparing our meals in the beautiful well-stocked kitchen. We never ran out of clean towels and if we had, there was laundry detergent available. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Our two families plus grandma and grandpa had a very nice week. There are 4 bedrooms ànd a total of 6 beds, so it is necessary to use the pull out in one of the bedrooms, but with two 8 year old girls that worked out. The house is well layed out and has all you need for an enjoyable week. We were particularly pleased with the available beach equipment.

For example the fridge had no ice or water on the door which is fairly unusual for 2021. The noisy spring mattress beds are also in need of a change. The bushes in front have grown out into the driveway which makes it difficult to move in and out of the garage. Overall though it was a decent place that simply needs some attention to detail.

They also had ample spices and coffee supplies!The towels were new and plentiful in the bathrooms and kitchen and they had so many towels for the beach!The garage was filled with boogie boards and chairs and sand toys. Everything you would need for a fun and comfortable day at the beach.The couches and beds were clean and comfy. The inside walls could use a paint job but that was the only maintenance concern. The house was close to night heron park and the beach but you have to cross the main road to get there. We have teens so it wasn’t too much of a concern. We really enjoyed our stay and all the extras put it over the top!
