Only one restroom.This place is suit for 5 people not 13. Check out time is quit early (10 AM)

Amazing apartment near Universal studios

Very spacious flat, great location within walking distance of Universal studios and local convenience store. The area felt very safe and also had nearby train station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with 5 double beds and super cute decoration. The self check in/out process was easy and we received adequate communication ahead of arrival. On top of this we forgot 2 items of clothes which they kindly posted to us in Tokyo (our next stop) and arrived literally the next day. This has been an amazing place to stay!

Lovely and spacious. Ample sleeping space. So close to the station making access easy

We liked the property and had no complaints. It might be worth getting an extra lock for the inside of the front door.

部屋も綺麗で広くて家族で宿泊しましたが十分でした

周りを気にせず過ごすことができた。キャラクターのぬいぐるみや飾がたくさんあって、子どもたちが喜んでいた。

他の口コミにも書いてありましたが、入った瞬間芳香剤の香りか強かった。でも慣れてくると気にならなかったです。置いてあった洗濯洗剤の香りもお借りしたらかなり強い香りで、強い香りか苦手なのでちょっと辛かったです。

偶然清掃の方と会いましたが、とても良い方でした。部屋は古くこそありますが綺麗です。大量のヌイグルミは子ども格好のオモチャでした。

真夏ですが洗濯物が乾かなかったくらいです。場所柄仕方ないですね。周りの治安はちょっと心配でした。どちらも宿が悪い訳ではありません。
