Nice apartments for long stay

Nice apartment, friendly stuff, perfect garden and pool inside

In one bedroom a conditioner had a high noise and almost didn't cool the room, however living room conditioning was enough with open bedroom door.

Avoid

The pool area was good with comfy beds. Also quite well maintained. The room was also cool as it was on ground floor.

The apartments although look nice from outside inside is grubby. Thankfully I read reviews before I went and took cleaning liquids, washing powder and my own towels. I had to clean the apartment when we arrived and wash all bedding. I also had to borrow pillowcases off my sister who lives theres and the pillows were a lot to be desired. I even had to wipe down the settee. In terms of comfort there is none. The bed was awful in fact it had blood on the mattress which had been conveniently turned over so we wouldn't see. The settee was also very uncomfortable.

Needs improvements

Nice gardens, greenery and pool. . Nice balcony .Not too far from the beach .

This was our second stay , first time we booked a two bed apartment which was ok ,this time we booked a 3 bed , which was not great and needs improvements. There was a smell of gas in the apartment which was not rectified and the landlord claimed the smell came from the drains and lack of ventilation, it was only until.we disconnected the cylinder that the smell went , no microwave so could not eat. The cooker was faulty and felt unsafe. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, especially the sitting room furniture .

Exceptional

Stunning place, great atmosphere, spacious rooms and most importantly very clean. Very rich breakfast and delicious homemade products. Location close to all sites. In the end I will not forget the wonderful woman Shirifa who owns the place, a charming woman with character who loves to help people and that they will not lack for anything. In short, we liked the place and added another night. Thank you Shirefa from the bottom of my heart

Very noisy with lots of kids in pool all day shouting.

Location was not suitable without a car.

Disappointing

Self catering.

We had to phone to get the manager to come and give us the keys. We asked for 2 chairs to be put on the lawn for us . It didn’t happen. We asked for a blanket and was told to ask the night watchman who wasn’t in the office on 2 occasions we tried. The balcony seats and table were ready for the bin. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should be. I have taken photo. No toaster. No milk pan. We left after 5 nights because the standard and comfort wasn’t sufficient. The fridge freezer didn’t work and they had brought in an old tiny old fashioned one which was not acceptable. The gardens were lovely.

Pleasant

The apartment was comfortable, think it would benefit from a Facelift. Pool area clean and oleasant. Location was a bit to far away from the promenade.

short, sweet and comfortable

It was great. right next to the bus station which takes you to the city. it is near the shore but far away from places like super market or eateries.

Everything was good. Jay was very corporative.

Passable

The place is acceptable compared to the paid price.

There is no internet connection in the apartments, nor a wifi. There was no staff at all, you have to call them to send someone, while the compound is open without security and anyone can enter anytime.

not sure I would return

Not sure I would return. Wifi absolutely terrible. Very far from the beach and town. Even getting groceries was challenging as it was far from the grocers. The place itself was fine. Just average for the price you pay.

Jay the host was excellent , responded to our needs.

very spacious, only expected 2 bedrooms and was 3

not geared up for UK travellers, no toaster, mugs/cups for tea, wine glasses/ tumblers. only 6 hangers for 5 people.Not enough towels and booked for 2 weeks but no cleaning.

A paradise, but in the middle of nowhere and with almost no internet

We had booked through Booking.com for Sea Heaven Legend Apartments from 21st July to 28th July 2022, (2 bedroom apartments for a family of 4). Booking Confirmation No. 3875.156.143. We were not received or greeted upon arrival, in fact there was no reception or guest relations desk at all. Staff could not speak English and the service was pathetic. Bedroom door locks were not working, crockery, cutlery and electric kettle was in very poor condition and the bed sheet was torn. We requested on phone for the name and contacts of the owner in order to complain, but no information was provided. Someone by the name of Mr. Jay came on the first day to collect the charges, after that there was no one to attend to the guests’ complaints. Room service would not answer until several calls were made and the cleaning staff came after 4 days to clean the room.. Moreover, the Hotel is far from the City Centre, it took a drive of 15 minutes costing 130 Liras one way, to reach the main market. The apartments were selected based on the reviews in booking.com and guests had gone for a relaxing holiday, which was totally spoiled. Booking.com should remove such substandard properties and misleading reviews from their website.

the staffs were kind and nice location was okay.

they don’t serve cleaning(new towels and shampoos and other tools) as we saw pool also wasn’t cleaned always , just at nights one man was TRYING to cleaning it last day it was dirty.

Very disappointing

We arrived on our first day only to find that aprtments air con was not working then after waiting for an hour to move apartments next door . Not a lot in way of cooking utensils tv not working .we found that the only way to contact anyone was through booking .com There is no reception and only 7 beds 2 of which are broken
