Pleasant hotel

Very nice & helpful staff Nice pool. Not much AC in the main areas of the hotel. The temperature was 40 deg C it was nit pleasant to stay out.

I had to ask to clean the room and empty dustbins.

Very good

Location is perfect, there are a lot of restaurants with seaview around. Easy beach access, great sea. Breakfast is good enough buffet with fruits, cakes, boiled eggs and pastries. Turkish tea and machine-made coffee was good. If you want to order omelet or something else what's on on the table, you have to pay.

Very noisy doors, you can hear everything happens outside of your room. No everyday water in room.

Staff is wonderful, very friendly they answer all your questions. The rooms were clean and had a mini fridge and some tea. Location is wonderful in çalis plaji. The beach is literally 1 minute from the hotel. You can spend all your time there without needing to go someplace else.

Had a great time in the area.

Location was great, nice to be on the main drag of the beach. Restaurant in front of the hotel was excellent some of the best sea bass we have had. Pool was excellent! Definitely rent some bikes as there is a dedicated bike path that goes along the water and one of the nicest city park, the path goes from Calis beach to Fethiye town.

Room decor needs a re-fresh.

Relaxing, refreshing and everything we wanted.

Breakfast was great, if we wanted omelette or anything, just had to ask. Nice and fresh. Location was on the beach front. Couldn't be better placed. If we needed anything, just had to ask and it arrived within minutes. Staff and owner amazing.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Good location but no elevator

Location opposite to beach but no shades nor beach lounger available

Great hotel

Everything!! The whole place is spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful, From the rooms which all have a balcony to the magnificent pool, will definitely be going back to stay again. The hotel had a direct route straight to the beach literally seconds away. The resort of Chalis is superb with lots of restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. A water taxi into Fetyhie and also great boat trips.

The Breakfast Sadly this was not good and almost seemed as it was the left overs from the restaurant. There was no consitancy in choice. I think this needs to be looked at, I'm not expecting an English fry up, far from it but it wasn't even a Turkish breakfast, there was no information on what was exactly on offer on the plate you just had to try and hope for the best. This however would still not stop me from staying at the Bahar again as there are plenty of cheap places to get breakfast

The shower water strayed out of the shower, it is a wet room, but we used towels to control the water.

Perfect Value for the money!

It was perfect value for the money, location was amazing few metters from calis beach. Very kind people, clean rooms, good atmosphere.

There was some strange details for examplee we didnt have electricity plug in one side of bed. Had to charge the phone on the table, there was old phone placed beside bed wich was not working. Even room was cleaned everyday they didn’t fullfill coffe and shampo on the room we had to buy it outside. And there was only one cup for coffe in the room had to go downstairs to get second.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean hotel, wonderful staff! ♥️

Our experience was amazing. The hotel is clean and cozy, the staff is very friendly and cooperative. It is calm and family-friendly. The pool is extremely clean. Breakfast was great with many variable options available. We had delicious burek and baklawa for Eid which was a very nice gesture. It is only a 1 minute walking distance from the sea and çalis beach where all the amazing restaurants are. Overall, we loved the hotel.. definitely a place to visit again.

The only issues we faced were that wifi was very weak, we didn't have any internet connection in our rooms so we had to stay in the lobby to use it, and the hotel has no elevator so I recommend taking a room in the first or second floor for easier access and better wifi connection. We also had to pay 10 extra euros to use the safe in our rooms.

Very good

The breakfast was very good. It was simple but coinvent and overall good. The pool was clean and had a good size. Rooms had a suitable size and were clean. AC works well in rooms. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The location I believe is the best part of our stay - you need 3 minutes walk to get to the beach and it is located in an area that has much restaurants and shops. The view from rooms consisted of pool view and sea view which was also nice. Overall excellent value for money. They also respond very quickly on email inquiries. It was not far from Dalaman airport (about 45-50 minutes away)

- The WIFI service was a total nightmare. You can see WIFI networks and it connects but without internet. I think this point is very crucial since internet is vital for tourists. Therefore I strongly advise the hotel's management to fix this issue because it was the strongest pitfall we encountered. Till then it is very advised to buy a Turkish sim card with internet access from the airport in order to have a smooth experience. There where no nearby shops that sell sim cards near the hotel so it's very important to get it from the airport and up to what we asked it costs about 400 turkish lira for a sim including 20GB internet. - To use the safe, you have to pay 10 gbp to get the key. I also think this isn't a nice gesture since all of the hotels I stayed before in turkey and Europe provided this service for free. Using the safe is very important for tourists so I believe it would be better if its price was embedded in the room's price.
