It was clean and in an amazing location, right in the town centre where night life and shops are great. Some places like the beach were a bit further away but connections were fab and convenient.
Staff wasn’t rude but also were not really the most friendly or helpful when we asked for help or directions or anything like that. Was not any extra facilities besides there being an attached coffee shop which is also where you had breakfast. Pretty sure we overheard some of the coffees and hot drinks being an extra charge at the breakfast so little thing to note there.

Breakfast was very good and the hotel staff were nice
The staff at the restaurant were very unpleasant and cold especially the two girls serving coffee..
Parking is really hard to find near the hotel.

The location is very good; it’s central to town as well as the kordon (seaside promenade). The rooms are spotless, the furnishings are well designed for travellers and in excellent condition.

Bathroom is very clean and modern. Design of the room is very nice. Breakfast was okay. It is in the center and very easy to reach everything.
They didn’t totally check our room before we come. Window was broken (cannot be closed, but they fixed in the same day). It was 25 degree outside but the AC was just working as a heater. There was no chance to change it to cooling or to change the room because they said the hotel was full. We told them 3 times that it is too hot in our room like a sauna. Everyone said something else about the AC and only the 3rd person was able to close it. Every night we had to open the window but then it was so loud outside (close to a wedding place) and the room didn’t get cold. And we had to close the lights then so we didn’t have mosquitoes. It was not easy. And they didn’t give us any solution. The receiver of tv was broken too. We had to tell them twice so they came to check and change it.
