food option were excellent, staff were really friendly and you were made to feel welcome. It was a lovely intimate resort and we will be going back.
Rooms were clean and spacious and so were the bathrooms.
maybe on the daily updates, specify when specific bars are closed as there isnt entertainment on that evening. More options to sit at the late night bars.

Hard to best Jiva... our best all inclusive stay ever, staff are fantastic, great entertainment generally, however sunset vibes on the beach is amazing with the most beautiful sunsets, food is incredible. Can't wait to return

Its clean spacious area with many bars and activities, where ever u look there is someone to help or assist you but i wish they smile more, i understand the load on them because the hotel seems fully booked , food was very fresh and delicious, rooms are just fine but spacious , bathroom needs renovation our shower was leaking water , overall im so satisfied from this trip and would definjtly come back to this hotel

Room was a little old dated but its so clean and spacious i just had problem with the bathroom and the electric outlets everywhere in the hotel were 2 pin plug while all chargers are 3 pins nowadays with no direct usb wall outlet, which i couldnt charge my stuff, the reception helped me with a plug that i used thro out my trip but i only had one for many devices,
Also, exchange rate in hotel was significantly low.
