Watch sunset over bay from 2nd floor LR-DR-K great room w/43" QLED smart tv,* fireplace and Sonus sound system w/deck facing the bay, or from 1st floor family room w/ 55" OLED smart tv* and deck facing bay. Has wi fi, ping pong in garage, outside shower, propane grill and picnic table.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, roomy for our group, and well stocked. The location was fantastic with views to both the bay from the front porch and the beach from the rooftop deck. Amazing sunsets! In a quiet neighborhood. Communication with Josephine was great and she was on top of helping us out. We'd love to return!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Josephine’s property. She was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and the house was just as pictured on the listing. If you’re thinking of enjoying a weekend down in LBI and you have a larger group this house is definitely the one to book! We loved it!!
