Best home stay in Morjim

Amazing place, the property itself is so nice that those who only want to chill, will have every facility at the door. We booked the complete Villa for a family get-together of 17 (14 adults and 3 kids). The beach is walking distance from the villa, and there are comfy recliner chairs to rest or just watch the waves and sunset. Very nice staff all were helpful and their amazing food and hospitality. Owner Hemant, Care-taker Ramesh, Cook Juliet are extremely helpful and caring. They made our stay worthwhile. Breakfast spreads are unlimited and everything is tasty, Juliet made goan style prawns curry for lunch which was loved by everyone. Rooms are huge and well maintained. Overall property is great with lot of greenary. Enjoyed the stay. Would like to stay again.

Superb

Overall stay was excellent, Ramesh the caretaker helping out whenever needed. All our breakfast requests was accommodated as well out requests for food for kids. Top location with walkable distance to the beach.

The staff were really helpful. Managed to help us around with everything. The location is just few 100 mts away from morjim beach. Serene private spot. Loved the stay! The stay also comes with breakfast. Although limited items but delicious. Loved the hospitality by Ram and Hemanth

All in all it is a very neat n clean property with lots of amenities. It is just 4 mins away from the vo property.

the caretaker, ramesh ji’s attitude with the guests! size of the bathrooms along with the aroma. cloth stand in the room was provided

bathroom floor was not cleaned properly. Not easy to locate the property. Shower was not functional in one of the rooms

An Ideal place for family to spend holiday.

Super delicious breakfast and very near to the morjim beach. Ramesh is the very good caretaker and Hemant, the owner of the property is a very nice man. Plan your itinerary after taking input from Hemant.

Amazing stay at Baywalk Goa !!

The owner Mr.Hemant and the caretaker Mr.Ramesh are very welcoming. They made sure we had a comfortable and great stay. There was an issue with the AC cooling and on the same day Mr.Hemant called the AC service guy and fixed it immediately. He could have given some excuses and delayed. Ramesh Bhai the caretaker will make sure we get the breakfast and everything on time. He is very soft spoken and nice person. The property, rooms are very clean and at a great location. Overall we had a great stay and will come back for sure.

There is nothing that we did not like.

Not satisfied

No buffet. Can order only one dish per person with one tea. Any item extra ordered to be paid. Location near to beach but far from city. Good to relax and hangout on the beach. No restaurant available. Had to visit the nearby hotel to avail the restaurant. Breakfast has to be ordered in advance because they make it fresh and can take 45 minutes to one hour to be prepared.

It was not what we had in mind so we were dissatisfied with the entire stay. Rooms were on the first and second floor with no lifts.

Great Option!

The home stay is very neat and clean. The property manager Mr. Ramesh is an amazing host - very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place and will visit again!

Very good

. The room was massive for the price we paid, and very comfortable. Ramesh was a very helpful host who went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied. The breakfast served in the morning is truly brilliant. We shall be back again :)

Slight power issue on arrival due to which there was no air-con for about 30 mins but it was quickly resolved.

Perfect spot by the beach

Great hotel super close to Morjim beach! The rooms are spacious and very clean, we stayed in the two-bedroom apartment. Breakfast was delicious, special mention to the aloo paratha, best ever!! Ramesh the caretaker was ever helpful, so kind and he even gave us some great yoga and health tips. We also ate lunch here each day and besides the menu on hand they are also accommodating with any special requests, and it was all very tasty. The fusbal table was a great way to spend some time if you just wanted to hang at the hotel! We went to the beach everyday, 5 min walk, which was beautiful and so refreshing.

The wifi went out for a day but they got it fixed and so was good for the rest of the stay. A desk in the rooms might be a good idea for those who need to work or study.

This location is just couple of mins away from Morjim beach. The rooms are spacious, well lit and clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and will definitely give you suggestions on what places to visit. This is a must visit hotel!! Go for it!!!

Unclean, unhygienic.

Nothing.

This is the dirtiest and most unhygienic place I have ever stayed in. Here's my comprehensive review. Bathroom: Just see the attached pics. The floor, faucets are so unclean, I seriously thought I'll fall sick. Cups and Kettles: Again see the pics. There were lipstick marks on cups and kettles which were catching fungus. Bed and Bedding: Bed had hair all over, of different length and colour. Access: There's unpaved access to the property. A very narrow single lane, extremely dusty, so if you have dust allergies think again. No privacy: My room was right next to the reception. If the receptionist pulls their chair behind to sit or stand up, it blocks my room's door. I could literally hear even the whispers of the staff. Safety: My room, was next to the reception, which is right in front of the main entrance which would remain open all night, though the reception would not. To make matters worse my room just had a rather flimsy door lock and no other way to lock it further, not even a safety chain. Sweet dreams sleeping in there. Staff: Arrogant, unfriendly, and unavailable. Breakfast: Couldn't have been worse. I got a pathetic excuse for a paratha that too after haggling with them as they said I was late and that breakfast closes at 10 am. I had to show them the time that it's still 10 mins to 10 am. I am honestly absolutely surprised how this place is rated so high.

Lovely cosy little hotel. Clean with very hospitable service oriented staff ! Highly recommend it :-)

Hot water was not there 5 of my 6 day stay there but I believe this was a temporary glitch.
