The property is at a very good location. And everything is so accessible and its located at the best side for sunset. The room was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There was no hot water in the room.
When asked they mentioned government has stopped for some reason.

Nice property, but check-in experience could be improved
Overall, the property is nice, spacious and well-maintained, and the staff were sweet and courteous. The property itself was largely as we expected and we had a pleasant stay.
One thing I personally did not like about the location was the use of horse-drawn carts and what appeared to be animal abuse. In my opinion, electric cars or electric bikes would be a much better and more humane alternative. However, this is more about the surrounding area and has nothing to do with the property itself.
The biggest issue we faced was the very rigid 3 PM check-in policy. Even though rooms were available, the owner/property management was unwilling to accommodate us even 15–30 minutes early. Having to wait at reception when the room was already available was quite frustrating, especially after a long journey. A little flexibility here would have made a big difference to the guest experience.
The breakfast was also disappointing and could definitely be improved in terms of quality and variety.
Overall, the property is good, spacious and the staff are pleasant, but the check-in flexibility and breakfast quality are two areas where I feel there is significant room for improvement.

The location was great and easy to access, and the sunset from the beach just across the road was beautiful. The room had a very authentic feel, and I really liked the design and atmosphere.
The room had basic hygiene items such as a toothbrush kit, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all combined in one bottle, and it was almost empty when we arrived. There was also only one towel per person, and we were told that extra towels would come with an additional charge. The same applied to extra drinking water.
It’s not really about the cost, but I think basic necessities like towels, water, and toiletries should be easier to replace or replenish during a hotel stay.
The hotel itself has a very fun, lively atmosphere and is definitely well suited for younger travelers. However, there is a club right next door, so the music and bass can be quite loud until around midnight or 1 AM. If you like to sleep early and start your day early, this may not be the most convenient location.
