The waterfront view and proximity to town . Also, the fact there was some parking.

The view was perfect, cozy location, though a bit tough to get to without uber/bolt (I mean with luggage). Overall staff was very pleasant, food variety and quality was also great. Soundproof rooms were also very neat since the traffic of people and cars on the street is quite lively even at late hours. There's also a rooftop terrace.
I'd say public transport could be closer, but that's not really a huge issue, just a bit of a hassle to climb the mountain after a big breakfast, but when I look through the window and see those beautiful bridges I forget all my problems.

Bed was comfortable
Poor breakfast where I had to pay for an homelette, not in line with 4-stars standard, no gym, no toiletries in the bathroom, no coffee machine, very weirdly shapped hotel
