Excellent customer service. After check-in, they actually escorted me to my room!
The morning breakfast was very plentiful, with the extra touch of fresh eggs cooked to order.
The bathroom layout. No parking. Small, narrow street; no parking (hey, you are in Portugal)

Excellent staff-friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very much at home. The breakfast was exceptional with thought given to varying tastes. We chose this hotel because of its location but our expectations were surpassed.
Only slight issue was the lack of privacy in the bathroom but I don’t think it can be helped in such an old building

Breakfast varied and lots of choice. Location excellent. - nearby bus stop for trips out of town. Staff helpful and friendly. Obviously a happy team who work well together. Bed comfortable and room maintained well during 6 night stay.
