Love the view from the room over the bridge & Duoro. Love the stylish decor, the sumptuous breakfast & delicious dinner in the restaurant. Pool bar is a great spot for an afternoon/ evening drink

Perfect hotel great bar/pool area and amazing room.
Reception staff were very rude and didn’t crack a smile once every time entering or exiting the hotel. Bar staff were lovely though.

Perfect location, staff so nice and helpful.
Sky Bar was nice in the evenings for drinks
We were upgraded which was really nice but our room was on level 2 which was noisy at times with the road and bins beneath our window
Pool was too small to swim in
