Staff so friendly efficient & helpful. Extremely good maid service, kept the room spotless each day. Nice spacious bathroom. Lovely breakfast with good choice of food, reasonably priced. Right in the center of historic Porto so great views of the river & Luis 1 bridge. 24 hr Reception was also good to have.
Perhaps a set small set of drawers in the room or some shelving in the wardrobe

Breakfast came with the room. Staff was very, very helpful in any way needed or asked for.
Lack of room amenities, no tissues, no counter space, bed not very comfortable, shower seals were were compromised and allowed the water to seep out onto bath floor, shower head had to be held because it didn’t stay in holder…
