Booked this for my mother and cousin’s trip to Porto. Great location. Nice staff. Decent accommodation. Good breakfast. But something went wrong for half their stay! See below.
Aircon stopped working for their second night there. Unfortunately, the staff couldn’t do anything about it. They were asked to keep their window open. Being in the second floor of a hotel on a super busy street, and it was a rainy night, this was impossible.
