small and nice place in the middle of the buzy old town, but still very quiet. perfect location to all nice places. the staff and the owners where super friendly and nice. breakfast was amazing! room was nice, beautiful and a lovely bathroom.

A lovely stay with lovely hosts. Olga and Fernando made our stay very pleasant with a great breakfast and recommendations for places to eat. The room was really lovely as well as being in a great location. Easy access to the property via metro was cheap and very straightforward. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay inPatio, it has to be one of the most welcoming, and friendly places we have ever stayed. The location is superb, the owners are exceptionally kind and accommodating. The breakfasts are prepared with care and are very, very tasty. It was lovely to have Portugese meats and cheeses, and the fresh bread and fruit were perfect to start the day. I would definitely come back and stay here
