Ubicación y económico.

Personal súper amable. Ubicación perfecta al lado del Río, parada taxi en la puerta, precio muy bueno.

Café y desayuno malo, una pena con los cafés tan ricos q hay en la ciudad. El desayuno muy básico. Habitaciones muy básicas, faltan amenities, mejorar colchones, ruido de tubería de otros cuartos… igual era mi habitación pero hace falta renovar.

Porto is a great city with great food ,wine and ambience.

Our room had a fantastic balcony overlooking the river. The bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Location excellent by the river.

The noise levels from the street were very high particularly at 6am when the rubbish was being collected. The sound proofing was non existent. This was also a very busy area for traffic perhaps the downside of such a central location. Be prepared for a lot of uphill walks to the main sites.

Not worth the upgrade

We liked the location

We upgraded to a suite which was a mistake. The suite was very oddly shaped so the extra space was not useful at all. Also it was very, very, noisy all day, night, and starting at 5 or 6 a.m. you could hear the noise of the garbage trucks and cleaning.

Great weekend break in a well positioned hotel.

Perfectly located in centre of Porto and the river. The room was spotless and never heard a sound at night. Lovely anniversary card and treats on arrival. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Would recommend.

Porto war sehr schön das Hotel OK, ein gelungener Kurztripp

Lage super nur etwas laut durch die Straße, Gutes Frühstück,

Seltsam ist es das keine Toilettenbürsten auf dem Badezimmer ist, keine Garderobe für Jacken auf dem Zimmer, kein Kofferhocker, Kein Deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm, Teppichflure u d teilweise Möbel schon ein wenig abgegriffen

la ubicacion, la decoracion y el restaurante en el cual tome la cena. el personal excelente

un poco incomodo el mobiliario se traba un poco con la cama en el caso de placares y la silla del escritorio no se podia usar porque chocaba tambien con la cama. pero asi todo la habitacion muy comoda y excelente cama y baño

Happy to have stayed here.

Modern hotel, 24 hour reception, room was clean, a little small for three people but acceptable, good shower in the bathroom and an excellent location close to the river Douro, the town and lively areas. Good help yourself breakfast if rather expensive at twenty euros.

As above the room was a bit small for three people. Breakfast a bit pricey.

We only stayed in the city for one night but we saw quite a bit on out Tuk-Tuk private tour.

Nice Hotel and in an excellent location. Staff in the restaurant were excellent. Check in and out receptionists were satisfactory-good.

Decent stay but did not exceed expectations

The location was great, next to the riverside, some museums are nearby as well. We got linen changed after the first night which was nice.

The value for money is not there, the breakfast is quite expensive so we did not order it, had a better option in a cafe nearby. The room was clean, but the view from it was like from a prison cell, it was also quite small. The room did not have a toilet brush.

Good place in the heart of very busy Porto

Central Porto, a hugely busy area and then, a quiet room with a view over the river, including a balcony. Bliss! The hotel is a bit older, so here and there things are not in perfect order, but certainly not bad enough to spoil a nice stay in a very good location. Plenty of good restaurants very close by, river around the corner and taxi ramp in front of the hotel. with the gridlock traffic in Porto, this is a place from where you can do most on foot (assuming you don't mind the odd steep street!)

the capacity of the breakfast room is obviously not completely in line with the size of the hotel (i.e. queue + waiting time), so I would not include breakfast if I went again. The rooms facing the side street are very noisy, but as log as you avoid those, it is a very good place to stay.

Lovely stay but very loud!

The rooms are nice and spacious, comfortable. Loved the bathroom, toiletries. Very clean! Had a nice coffee machine and 2 pods every day.

It was extremely noisy, because it is very central. No matter which room you’re in or is very loud! Traffic and people honking A LOT! Some of the rooms on first and second floor facing the back (towards the river) are facing direct into the building next, so you’re staring at the walls or someone’s windows.

I highly recommend this hotel!!!

The courteous staff. Very comfortable suite. Willing assistance by the staff in arranging tours etc. The close proximity to many restaurants, shops and places of interest.

The terrace was super.

Limited selection at breakfast and the toaster was not working properly. No milk by the tea station.

Position superb, great safe area. Walk to everything, including hop-on hop-off bus and boats.

The breakfast buffet was great but a tad expensive.
