Hotel is so pretty, Veronica and Candida and all of the stuff were all so nice and so helpful.
Location is quiet and yet close enough to travel and explore the area and Sorrento.

Panoramic, 180-degree views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Being up in the hills means the air is fresh, quiet, and noticeably cooler than down in Sorrento.
The rooms and the entire property are spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by lush gardens, providing a highly relaxing environment.
While the elevation provides great views, it is quite a winding drive up the mountain.
The air conditioning system was not working well and the room was not cool and comfortable enough due to temperature.

very friendly staff and helpful.
it was a little problem with a shower and the light for the room , they managed it quickly
maybe the variety for the breakfast could be better, and the coffee machine was not good as automatic.
