Плановый ремонт мелких неисправностей

персонал, расположение, в окончательном варианте - этаж размещения.

Многочисленные мелкие неисправности: замки, протечки, почти падающие настенные предметы и т.п.. Очень высокая цена нескольких часов доживания до отъезда.

meiner Meinung nach ein OK Hotel, trotz einiger Mängel trotzdem ganz in Ordnung

die Lage war sehr ruhig - der Weg in den Ort ist ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß auch der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend

in unserem Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage, trotz Reparatur, extrem laute Geräusche gemacht leider waren die Zimmer nicht sehr sauber (Staub am Tisch, Spiegel verschmiert, Vogelmist am Balkon, Couch dreckig) obwohl das Personal reagiert hat und uns ein neues Zimmer angeboten hat, hatten wir im neuen Zimmer auch wieder kleine Probleme (Regendusche funktionierte nicht, Schranktüren verklemmt) Die Poolbar war leider auch nur bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet

Great pool, great cocktails n food

Pool pool bar and food on top floor excellent!

Kitchen with minimal things to cook with. No tea towel. One staff member went above n beyond n ran down to 711 to buy 'Chux' which did the job. Reception staff friendly n professional. Housekeeping not so thorough. I'm assuming they had to do a quick clean (so prob not their fault) however not as clean as I would have liked. Clean sheets n towels but stained. Blood splatters on curtains which I kept on asking to be cleaned many times or even removed. Front desk were polite n kept saying we will get this fixed. I thanked them but sick of asking after many days. In the end I gave them one last chance n told them if not done I'll add it to my review n post the pics online. FYI room 6 level 6. I've been told that Thais are too polite to say ' no this is not possible because...' I guess this is a cultural difference. Never the less not as clean as other places in Phuket I have stayed.

Для двоих взрослых и ребёнка пяти лет подошёл этот номер. Большая кровать, мини кухня с посудой и приборами, микроволновка, тостер, холодильник. Завтрак готовили в номере. Небольшой балкон. На 7 этаже прекрасный бассейн и бар, где очень вкусный том ям. До главной дороги 5 минут ходьбы, до моря 10. Сурин живописный пляж.

Попросили сушилку, не принесли, но возможно не было в наличии. Не кладут мыло, не проблема, купили в 7/11. Немного шумный кондиционер.

Not recommended at all. Old dirty broken and not worth the money or stay.

Dirty Furniture was broken and old Pictures show not the reality Reality is that only one elevator worked. Bathroom was dirty. No hot water Chairs kitchen were broken and were about to fall apart. Almost no cooking equipment and also old Lots of noise from neighbors Unfriendly welcoming reception Icecold pool water Pool needed renovation Fell almost from the stairs. Dangerous pool But nice pool roof view. Inconvenient location Many young smoking people who stay long term Not my style

The infinity pool and gym are fantastic. Close to Surin Beach.

Moldy smell the moment we went into the room. There's water damage on the wall and blood stains on the bedsheets and pillows. Toilet cover was broken, and uncleaned hair on the sink.

Passable

Location was great, close to the beach and to restaurants. Big fridge and stocked with kitchen items to cook your own food. Rooftop pool was nice.

The AC wasn't cold so it made it hard to sleep, the bed and pillows weren't comfortable either.

Great gym and pool. Friendly staff. Good location but some kind of transportation is always needed in Phuket

Ok but better hotels around.

Big room. new hotel.

Sofa was covered in stains. staff told. noisy room next to car hotel drop off. noisy all night. Request high floor opposite side to lobby!

Lovely hotel!

Lovely hotel! Highly recommend for travelling. Pool was lush + gym was excellent.

Superb

The location was quiet and conducive for family. Just 10-15mins walk to the beach, restaurants, family mart and laundry shop. Staff was friendly and assisted to their best ability. The 2 bedroom apt was spacious and great for family of 4.

The only complaint was the sofa which was spoilt on one end, seat sank in and some stains on it. Not as well maintained.

Disappointing

Not a great experience; Air conditioners don’t cool the rooms well; cutlery, plates, etc are not clean and leaky faucet… only pro is proximity to beach but for that you will have other better options. All in all not worth the money they charge

Totally, messy and dirty. Unfortunately, 6'th Avenue was lower than my expectation. The cabinet in bathroom was broken. The room was stinky!!

the water wasn’t on one day which was a little inconvenient when we needed to shower. the reception staff hadn’t pre warned us the water was going to be switched off for maintenance work.

The bed was comfortable but too near to the window.

We had to try 3 different bedrooms. Not one had the same facilities. One had cups and nothing else. One smelled on the balcony. The last bedroom had everything but was noisy.

The pool was nice, only saw the man on reception, he was nice 10 minute walk to the beach, shower was nice.

The room smelt of smelly socks, maybe someone hanging washing in there for weeks. No kettle, balcony was disgusting full of bird poo, you wouldn't want to sit out there. Bed was really hard I hadn't had a very good sleep in the hotel we had the night before and really struggled to get any sleep in this one, was meant to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1

A few minor issues but ultimately a really great place to stay.

The rooftop pool was great. The rooms were smaller in size but were clean and had good facilities. The day staff were helpful in renting motorbikes. The location was not near any main roads, so was very quiet.

The night team member was ultimately useless; he could not complete simple requests like supplying towels or shampoo/shower gel, without complaining how difficult it would be because he is the only staff member. He also refused to use the same motorbike rental service as other staff members, instead choosing to use his own choice which was more expensive. The location was a little further away from the beach than I would have liked but using a motorcycle to get there was easy. Furthermore, most island tours will take you to the other side of the island as the islands are in the East… so be prepared for an hour and a half drive, plus a surcharge for the transfer! One pet peeve would be that the bottom sheet did not fit the mattress, so you would wake up and it would not be on the mattress! My sister had sent mail to the hotel for us, which was placed in the mail pile, with no staff members distributing it or telling us it was there. Despite the four complaints, I’d still choose to stay again.

Great Gym and rooftop Pool. The room was spacious but we booked a suite.

The room was a bit dirty, the hotel doesnt offer breakfast. And the service is okay but not great. Surin Beach is in general not the best place top be in Thailand and probably not even in Phuket. We just stayed there because it was close to the Airport.
