We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was the perfect place to stay for a group. There were 12 of us and there was plenty of places to sleep and a ton of places to hang out. Kim was extremely responsive whenever I had questions leading up to the trip. We booked a hibachi dinner at the house per her recommendation and also rented Kim and Chris’ boat. Kyle the boat driver was great and made sure we all had a great time. Best part is the boat picked us up from the loading dock which is walking distance from the house. Dinah the property manager lives across the street and was extremely communicative and helpful. Everything was as advertised and I would 100 percent book again.

great view and lake access. The house is a bit away from Austin it was a quiet and had a lot of space for a large group. Just make sure you pickup a good amount of food and drinks for your stay. It is a good drive to get to a grocery store. Otherwise the Jacuzzi, board games, bbq, space makes it a good space for a family and bachelor parties. every one liked it.
