Lovely stay in Centro Zihua!

The location is amazing. Centre of beautiful Centro Zihua. It is a gated, spacious, open air condo building. The apartments are also large, including sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and large bedroom. Beautiful roof top patio. I will absolutely go back again!!

I got much more value than I paid for so my complaints are minor. There was no water pressure whatsoever and hot water took awhile. Pillows and blanket was uncomfortable. I wish there was a safe.

We loved our two week stay.

The location was perfect for us. Two blocks from the beach and surrounded by so many great restaurants. In the heart of el centro and and close to taxis and shopping. The manager, Marta was very nice and so helpful with anything we needed. For the price Hotel Valle is a jewel!

I really can’t think of anything other than if you have trouble with stairs.

Great downtown location. Close to night life and beach.

Can get a little loud at night with the downtown night life but you are in the heart of town so its to be expected.

Marta is lovely. The cleanliness is great. I like being so close to the beach. The beds are comfortable. Will be back.

the location and the cleanliness. if you want to be in Centro this is a great hotel. beds are great.

nothing against the property. but being in Centro can be noisy.

A Hidden Secret Gem

It was the cleanest accommodation that I have ever stayed at in Mexico. The apartment was spotless. Marta the General Manager spoke English and was extremely helpful.

I liked everything considering it is an apartment hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location and lovely trerrace

The apartment was lovely, the terrace was fantastic, comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen and very efficient air con. Marta was very accomodating and friendly, we didn't have any requests but I am sure she would have been able to help with any issues.

It is noisy into the early hours from the bar across the road but didn't disturb our sleep (can't hear noise in the rooms, particularly with air con on). We lost water pressure on one dayu making showering difficult.

Fantastic, great value, very historic and an amazing place to see the real Mexico

Great location, right downtown, a few blocks to the beach. I felt like it was my home and family while there. My room cleaned immaculately

No complaints, Marta and her staff were wonderful to me. Felt like I made some friends while there

Clean, comfortable, great location, nice staff.

Close to everything. The staff was really nice.

One night was noisy, it was Valentine’s Day and there was loud music playing till 2:30. but maybe that was an exception because it want like that the previous night.

Very good

Location in the city was very good for us. There's so much life there, and the waterfron, with many sights and restaurants, is only a long block away

A little too much light entered the room at night. Our room was protected from the street noise.

A good place and location right downtown Zihua which we will use again.

Very client focussed, close to everything and the reception (Marta) was very kind and provided much information about Zihua. Very spacious appartment, A good place to stay.

Furniture a bit aging and a small garden or terrace table and chairs would have been nice.

Superb

Good value, clean and great location. We were able to walk around and really get a feel for Zihuatanejo. It is close to the beach only a short walk away.

The area can be noisy, but realize there is a trade off. You are in the central area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. We really didn’t find it too bad, but you should be aware of this.
