The view to the lake, being close to bus stop and the surrounding nature was great. Also the staff were friendly and helpful.

I think for this price, facilities can be more. There wasn’t even a trash bin in the room. Or a water bottle or glasses. These small additions can make the experience much better. It’s a beautiful house with great location, but facilities can be improved.

The hotel boasts a prime location near a picturesque lake and an excellent trail leading up to the mountains. The building is designed in the classic Bavarian alpine style, which gives it a charming and rustic appeal. The structure is predominantly made of wood, which adds to its warmth and provides a delightful woody aroma. Guests staying in the lakeside rooms can enjoy breathtaking views that are truly awe-inspiring.

It appears that the hotel is understaffed, as evidenced by the lack of attention given to the breakfast buffet. By 9:00 in the morning, several items were already missing from the limited selection of bread, butter, meat toppings, cucumbers, and peppers. The croissants were dry and unappetizing. Additionally, the staff did not have enough time to clean the tables, which resulted in several dirty tables left uncleared. The staff also failed to monitor the buffet, leading to the limited food options running out without being refilled promptly. The quality of the dinner was also disappointing. The kaiserschmarrn, in particular, was dry and overcooked, and the other dishes lacked flavor. Overall, the hotel is in need of some renovations, particularly the beds which were uncomfortable and noisy. There were also stains on the walls of the room.
