It is a short walk to Paddy Coynes Pub in Tully Cross renowned for its sea food and traditional music. A short drive will bring you to Tully village, Renvyle House hotel and many beaches. It’s a great location and ideal for lots of activities in Connemara like scuba diving, trout, salmon and sea fishing and there is a 9 hole par three golf course in the nearby Renvyle House Hotel. The Wild Atlantic Way passes the end of the road. If you want a short winter break or a long summer holiday this house is perfect so book it now before it goes. Inside: As you walk in the front door there is a big open space with wooden stairs to your left and hallway to your right. If you continue on there are 2 bedrooms downstairs, a double ensuite and a twin bedroom and the main bathroom is beside the twin bedroom with shower over bath. Both bedrooms have wooden flooring, wardrobes, bedside lockers and lamps. To the right through double doors is a big open plan dining, sitting and kitchen area. Dining and sitting room areas have double doors on either side of the rooms and double doors off the dining area lead out to back garden with rotary clothes line. Double doors on sitting room side lead out to the front garden. Great views from this room. Sitting room area has leather couches, big wood burning stove and 46 inch flat screen tv. Kitchen being very spacious has all mod cons including microwave, dishwasher, cooker and hob are electric, well equipped and has a back utility room with washing machine and dryer. Back door leading out to garden. Sea and mountain views from kitchen window.Back in to the hallway and take the stairs there are 2 large ensuite double bedrooms upstairs with sea and mountain views. Both bedrooms have wooden flooring, wardrobes, bedside lockers and lamps. This property would be suitable for wheel chair use. Highly recommend this holiday rental property. The house is modern, bright and spotlessly clean. Mark has thought of everything including supplying an apple tart (which we ate on the beach as a treat after swimming) and fresh milk in the fridge. The views of the mountains are beautiful (when it’s sunny!). The only small recommendation I would suggest is to include a full length mirror or two in the house. It’s difficult to do your hair as the cord will not reach the mirror in the bathroom. All in all, I would be more than happy to stay here again. House is close to some beautiful beaches (Glassillaun) and the pubs and restaurants nearby serve delicious seafood and great craic!

Renvyle peninsula House

We booked this property for our extended family [7 adults and a one-and-a-half year old] as it had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms [3 en-suite]. The house appeared to be a relatively new build and was in excellent condition. The main room cum kitchen was spacious, with well stocked crockery, cutlery etc. While it was June, the weather was breezy and cool at times, yet the house was always warm and cozy [air to water heat pump and solar panels were really good] and gas and electricity were included in the overall cost of the week's rent. The house is 100m from Tully Cross village, around 3km from Letterfrack and 3km from Renvyle beach. So eating out or shopping were all quite close really. The owner Mark was on hand to show us how everything worked. Can highly recommend this property for its quality and location.

We had a lovely stay in Renvyle. There is nothing to fault about the house it really is a lovely home away from home. Beautiful views from the living room which we enjoyed in the evening with the doors opened and a nice cold beer. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Conamara

Beautiful Conamara

This is a virtually new house with all rooms ensuite.The situation is beautiful and Coynes is only a 5 minute walk away for really excellent food.The beaches and views on the Renvyle peninsula are stunning.Mark was very helpful and the welcome with apple tart, wheaten loaf, milk etc excellent.We would have no hesitation giving this a 5 star rating and you have to expect some rain in the west of Ireland.

The house is an extremely comfortable place to stay and has all that you need. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have great showers. Location is good and the views are nice. Very clean. Bread and chocolates were there to welcome us on our arrival which was a nice touch. One thing to be aware of there is that there is not room for 8 people to sit on comfortable chairs in main room but this was not a problem for us. Communication with the owner was good. Thank you for a great stay in Connemara.
