The location was excellent. The kitchen was a good size and clean. Bedroom was spotless. Good size and nice shower room. Close to Achill Island. Two restaurants with bars and supermarket minutes away from property. Doherty’s restaurant and bar was fabulous. Food was excellent and had some entertainment too.Plenty places for walking with beautiful views. On the way to Achill island there are lots of places to see and to stop for food or coffee etc. would definitely go back and stay in the same place. Loved it.

Location was outstanding-could not be bettered. Breakfast facility was available but there was no service. Room and building was clean. Telescope over the bay was a nice added touch.
Thought the room was a little too basic-no place to sit except bed. Thought room should be cleaned daily, not after duration of stay. It would be a nice idea to recommend breakfast options nearby. No contact with customers may suit the owner but it was quite a soul-less experience.

The location is stunning and the bedrooms are new and clean.
The shared kitchen is big but we had no idea if we could avail of the crockpots and pans that were there. We used a pan in the morning and were embarrassed to find out it was someone else’s and we had to clean it to give it back. There should be more indications of the rules.
