The apartment was immaculate. Everything, and I mean everything was catered for. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Communication was excellent. We even had a gift bag on our first day and last day with treats which was such a surprise and lovely gifts. It really was a 5 star stay. If we come back to Berlin we would definitely book with BenSImon. 10/10. Thank you for all of us.

Pleasant apartment, very clean and staff very helpful - eg more towels arrived within 5 minutes of request. Apartment thoughtfully designed with everything needed to hand. We were there during a heatwave, and there were plenty of fans provided (4 for the 3 bedroom apartment).
