The location is excellent and feels very safe especially for women. The host is friendly, communicates well and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Drinking water should be provided free of charge. Also, the nearby cafes and restaurants were not very impressive although that may have been because we didn't get a chance to explore more options.

Owner is very nice & cooperative.100 m away from palolem beach.
Need a TV in room. Location is extremely south part of beach. Palolem main beach road is reached by only vehicle but not walk.
