The location of the hotel was in the center of most areas , the staff were wonderful very very very helpful , especially the reception
The hotel could do better cleaning wise , the rooms are clean but because the floors were mostly covered with carpets so at times it felt dusty

I had a wonderful experience at Gerasa Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth, and everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and offered a very comfortable bed with fresh, crisp linens. The housekeeping staff does a fantastic job keeping every corner pristine.
The facilities are top-notch as well-the common areas are stylish and cozy, and the overall atmosphere is modern and relaxing. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, Gerasa Hotel delivers on comfort, service, and value. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be staying here again!

I stayed at Jerssa Hotel in Amman for one week and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, the food was nice, and the atmosphere was comfortable throughout my stay.
What really made the difference was the staff — everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Ms. Shahad and Mr. Alattar for their kindness, support, and excellent service. They truly made me feel welcome and taken care of.
I would definitely recommend Jerssa Hotel to anyone visiting Amman and would be happy to stay here again.
