We enjoyed our stay. Very few people this time of year. Rental unit was very comfortable and close to the beach. No issues with checking in or out.

Owner was easy to contact ( although no need to) as instructions were clear from the get. Location is perfect. Off the " main strip" but a close 5 minute stroll. The room was literally steps from the pool deck, which makes it easy to bring things in and out. Larger balcony overlooking the bay side was a pleasant quiet location. Key fobs don't open the lobby door but we mainly used the stairs on the side of the building ( easy to figure out) Would def stay here again.

This was a great stay. The check in process was great and Ed was very accommodating. We were right in the middle of everything and we’re able to walk everywhere. Ed helped us with food and drink options as well. Will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Harbor House! Location was great, walking distance to everything, bars, restaurants, time square, beach, shops. We did not bring a car, which is not needed. Wristband needed to get into property, which made it secure. Everyone was very friendly. Great pool, hot tub and lounge area. Ed was a wonderful host. We will be back!! If you are lucky enough to view this property and it’s open during your time, book it!!

The unit is clean and comfortable and Ed the host is extremely responsive and helpful. We walked to the beach, dinner, drinks, live music, and anything else we wanted. Lovely!

This condo is close to everything you want to do and yet tucked away and quiet at night their are nice bars and restaurants right outside the building, the pool area is right outside the unit but it wasn’t noisy at all, very nice set up with community area and nice lounge area, there is a nice size patio we really enjoyed relaxing with coffee in the morning. The worst thing about the trip was it was a little short and we would have given the property a 5 star but there was some cleaning issues when we arrived but I resolved them myself although I know I could have called management there were cleaning products in the unit, overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Everything was great for the most part. The location is perfect, Ed is a wonderful host and very committed to making sure your stay is good. The only issue we had is the towels. You only get 2 bath towels, washcloths and hand towels. So when you stay 2 weeks, you are doing laundry a few times a week. The beach towels are worthless and need to be upgraded. They are very small and thin and there was only 3 of them. Easy fix, add a few towels and this is the bomb!
