We really enjoyed our stay here! It's convenient to everything and anything you can imagine. The pool was divine! It's a short walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean! The mattresses weren't the greatest, but certainly doable. If you're doing your own cooking, the kitchen has the basic things for simple meals. We grilled on the BBQ on the deck a couple of nights. I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Thank you Leah for a truly relaxing vacation! ♥

We loved this property! My family and I stayed for a week and it was truly home away from home. It was very clean, had a great pool, and had everything you would need for the beach (beach wagon, chairs, beach towels, toys, beach mat, coolers, umbrella). Not only that, but the location was amazing! It was a quick walk to tons of great restaurants, town square, and the beach. Leah was responsive and extremely easy to work with! We will definitely book here again!

We loved our stay. Location is great for a short walk (1/4 mile) to the beach or Times Square or restaurants. We brought our bikes and rode them all over. The pool is a great asset for the property - we used it every day - sometimes multiple times a day! Bedrooms were very nice. Temperature control works very well. Pull out couch and futon both make beds for additional guests. Dining area in kitchen is small, but with the outside tables and chairs it works just fine. Leah was great. We didn't really need anything, but she was quick to respond to our questions and I was so glad we got to meet her! This is perfect for family with kids or a get away for adults!

Leah's property is ideally located a few blocks from the action of downtown Ft. Myers and the beach, but on a quiet street. It is small, and with 4 people it was kind of snug. But the weather was great and we spread out -- on the deck outside our door, around (and in) the pool. The sunroom was a bonus, as we used it as an extra bedroom so each of our teenaged kids had their own room. Leah was great and responded very promptly to questions about where to eat, etc. The pool was super nice and very clean, and there were plenty of chairs around it for lounging. The outdoor shower was a great touch, too--just steps from the pool. And she had tons of towels so we never ran out (plus, washing machine was right there to wash linens and clothes). Maybe one wish list item: it got dark pretty early, and we couldn't really eat as a family because there weren't lights near the table outside by the pool, which would've been great since there wasn't an eat-in kitchen. Next time maybe I would just bring some candles for the outside table! Great stay. Hated to leave.

This property was exactly as posted. Close to times square and the beach, quiet neighborhood and well maintained. Everything we needed was supplied except a griddle, haha! Would agave made cooking breakfast much easier and fewer dishes! The one mishap we had (door code wouldn't work after being here a few days) the owner was immediately (within minutes!) responsive to my call and brought us a key! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Leah!

Very nice clean place. The pool made. Our stay fantastic. All our. Favorite places within 3-5 minutes walk. The beach only 3-4 blocks. Walking distance maybe 5 mins. Everything we needed was supplied. Little store at Moss Marina and a 7-11 a short walk. Publix we had a ride to so that’s about the only thing we need a ride for. Leah is just the nicest and bends over backwards to make sure her guest have whatever they need. Place is quite & well cared for. We hope to repeat yearly

Upper unit is a bit on the small side, but clean and functional. Easy walking distance to everything: beach, Times Square, etc. The pool is delightful and a great added touch.

The place was very small, but was able to fit 5 fairly comfortably, except the living room. The pool area was our favorite part. Nice, quick walks to everything. A few things to improve on that could have made stay better — ran out of toilet paper before first day was over—no extra; no hand towels and some home essentials; sheets and pillows had stains on them.

My grandson and I were very impressed. It was very spacious and very clean. Had all the comforts of home. The pool was a great addition for just hanging out there and relaxing. The place is in a nice quiet location and not far from Time Square or the beach. We definitely want to come back here for our next vacation.

The appartment is well equipped, air condition in every room. The pool is fresh and large, much better thank the pictures! The kitchen is well equipped, but the restaurants is close but so no need for cocking. Best wifi on our 4weeks road trip. Reccomended stay!
