The location was outstanding, i didn’t even need to leave the area for 3 days because i just went through the garage to the street and everything was there what needed. Hotel itself was very pretty
I don’t really have anything i didn’t like. Only thing i would say the breakfast diner was too cold in my taste. Cold wind was blowing hard from the ceiling and food breakfast got cold super fast, but otherwise i liked everything

Has atm, mosque, convenient store nearby.
Hotel also provide iron upon request.
Three pin socket that suitable to Malaysia's plug.

The front desk staff were polite n friendly.
The room was spacious though.
Would be better if there's also a hand-held shower.
Parking was rather limited.
The pillows were not comfy.

I have always checked into this hotel every time I visit Batam until AsiaLink Easy took over management after Covid hit that they halted operation to the hotel's iconic Rooftop Lounge. Restaurant services now closes at 9pm instead of the usual midnight. Room wise, TV is very old and has white noise and dots all over every channels we kept switching too. They want business but not willing to pump in the money to maintain amenities. I dont think I am coming back here the next time. I need to find a better hotel in Batam next time round.
