This is fraud
Nothing
This is fraud. They don't return money. And after a successful booking they call you and say "something wrong with Booking.com, we actually have no free rooms".

It is a sad dark place.
breakfast OK (except for the cereals) bathrooms quite new and nice
Why "Agroturystyka"? There was only 1 poor dog sentenced on a 2 meter chain and 1 cat. terrible kitchen room

Off the beaten path
- price - calm area - close to Góry Stołowe and Czech Adrspach & Teplickie Skaly - free car park area - nice garden
- smell of cigarettes going from the ground floor into rooms to rent - no soundproof doors in rooms (you hear everything from other rooms)

Exceptional
Comfortable beds, clean room and kitchen. Pleasant host, easy to talk to. Location was beautiful and very peaceful.
