Friendly , well located and a beautiful view from y window of wild horses across the meadow. Clean and quiet.
The price was good value.
All was fine. It was very hot this time of the year but that has nothing to do with la Piaggia.

The location was close (600 meters) from Assisi and offered free parking. The host was kind, helpful, and helped carry our luggage to our room. It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good.
The only reason for not giving a 10/10 is it lacks a lift. So, if that is important to you then this is not the place. We stayed here 4 years ago and we will stay here again if we return to Assisi.

Dampness in the wall and ceiling which was very disappointing
No bins in the room (only in the washroom)
