It was quiet and close to the city and the free parking. The view was also pleasurable. The staff was very assisting to our needs and feedback.
There were many old magazines that were faded by the sunlight that I think would be better thrown out. I would suggest more space to arrange our clothes in either drawers and hanging closet space.

Lots of space in the room, good Aircon, friendly welcome and gave good dining recommendations. Only a very short work into the main square of Ascoli Piceno but was just still lovely and quiet. Despite late arrival, local area felt safe. Venue happily accommodated our late arrival.
Could do with a bigger sign so clear where venue is. Wasn't clear that technically it's a shared living area accommodation. Shower very small. We were asked what type of croissant we wanted for breakfast but then we were just given two plain ones. There is no parking, street was always full so had to park a short walk away
