Prefect location for mountain skiing trip. Full day at Whakapapa and then returning to warm soak in the mineral pool at the lodge. Exceptional value for money. Staff were amazing. A genuine kiwi holiday stay.

Very spacious and warm. Lovely beds and just a really nice stay.

The facility is in a good location.
The hot pools were not working properly. Either not warm, or overly hot, or not filled up.
The oven was dirty so when we heated it up to cook something, and opened the door, the whole unit was filled with smoke. The smoke alarm didn't go off so obviously wasn't working.
