Close to the airport, friendly staff, convenient and easy check in/check out.
The door to the balcony and the windows aren’t prepared for the external noise.
You can head every took off and landing from the airport. The windows even shake a bit.
The hotel have to improve the door/windows or install a soundproof kind.
They provide earplugs which it is thoughtful but it not canceled all the noise.
In the weekend, there a gas station nearby where there are gatherings and little parties with very loud music and noise. This make the night endless and unbearable.

Studio house was located very conveniently next to the airport. Our host Marcela was very nice and helped us with the check-in process via Whatsapp and made sure we managed to get into the room OK.
Windows did not seal completely. As it was very close to the airport it was very loud unfortunately.
