Maikhao Palm Beach Resort - SHA Plus

Our stay at Palm Beach Resort Mai Khao on 20th and 21st September was absolutely exceptional. The property genuinely exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful property, peaceful surroundings, cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing family holiday. The resort has a wonderful holiday vibe, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, I wish we could have stayed much longer, but unfortunately, our flight tickets were already booked. For a family holiday in Mai Khao, this property is a fantastic choice. The experience was so good that we would definitely love to come back and stay longer next time. One of the best stays of our Phuket trip. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One issue that needs clarification: We were charged an additional amount for the children at check-in. We were told that the children’s details had not been properly included in the Booking.com reservation and that this was an issue with Booking.com. This was disappointing, particularly because we had made the booking with our family details. I hope Booking.com can look into this and refund the additional amount if the charge was made due to an error in the booking information. Apart from this booking-related issue, the property itself was outstanding and deserves an excellent rating.

We were informed that the children’s details had not been properly reflected in the Booking.com reservation and that this was due to an issue/error on Booking.com’s side. Since the additional charge was attributed to the booking information provided through Booking.com, I request you to please investigate this matter and arrange a refund of the additional amount charged for the children. Please review the original reservation and the booking details and let me know why the children’s information was not correctly reflected in the reservation.

Breakfast was plentiful and the rooms were huge. The staff were extremely friendly.

Nothing. I’d stay again if I was in transit.

The pools were amazing.

A little too remote.

Very large pool, pool bar and restaurant, large rooms, large bath and shower. Great breakfast selection.

Need to take a bike taxi to 7/11. Lots of insects make sure to keep balcony doors closed. Beach sand was dirty (packets, bottles, etc). Unable to swim in the beach during off peak season. Toilet is far from the restaurant.
