Gut abgesehen von der Zimmertemperatur!

Bei der Ankunft sehr kalt im Zimmer, wurde erst warm an nächsten morgen. Der Fußboden war bei der Abreise noch immer kalt und nur mit Schuhen zu begehen.

Le petit déjeuner dans le jardin fleuri

Cet appartement est bien pour 2 mais pas pour 3 ou 4 , car trop petit . Il n’y avait ni eau ni verre ni machine à café ni bouilloire comme le mentionne le descriptif. Le séchoir à cheveux accroché était cassé et toujours en place - un autre était à disposition - un élément du flush wc était fendu en deux … 4 malheureux cintres !!!

Superb

Apartment is so charming. The bathroom is the best! For a couple of girls this big mirror was just perfect. Also was a little balcony with chairs and table. Really reccomend this place.

Niria - Frastucca room

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were very clean. The location was very close to the shopping centre and attractions.

No lift was available for use and our room was on the third floor.

All in all a very relaxing stay.

We loved how spacious the room was. It was very close to restaurants and historic places. There is a bar nearby called So that I recommend going. The staff was very friendly and kind.

The walls are a bit thin so we were able to hear the other guests at times. The shower door did not have a tight seal so the water always flooded out. We did not notice that there wasn’t a mini fridge in the description but that was not the stay’s fault.

nice location. comfortable and good sized room. clean. very helpful in explaining the area and planning transportation to the next spot. would definitely stay here again

couldn’t find location of cafe in morning and was in a rush to the train station so I had to buy coffee and breakfast elsewhere…would be nice to have simple breakfast like coffee and croissant in the same place as the rooms, or at least a kettle in room to make coffee

Very nice place for staying to visit Ragusa town.

Nice big apartment, very clean, big bathroom. Balcony for smokers could be also an asset. Localization is also okey, close to the building are parking slots on street. Paying 3eur your car can stay there for whole day.

Many imigrants are hanging around by night Ina Ragusa, they were loud close to our window and they get on my nerves after some time. But before midnight they all dissapear, so not a big disruption overall.

Best bang for your buck

The owner is really nice and reactive. Location is good with many restaurants nearby. The train station is about ten minutes on foot.

Superb

Very pleasant staff. Clean and spacious room. It was not difficult to find paid street parking. We enjoyed a restaurant nearby.

We received a coupon for breakfast at Cafe Roma but the cafe was closed - too bad

Good location, clean and quiet room close to center of new Ragusa.

Located in a quite street, not far from the pedestrian area of new Ragusa. Receptionist was helpful and provided information to get around. Breakfast included consists of a pastry and warm beverage in one of three cafes.

Metered parking on the street of the accommodation but finding a free parking area in one of the side streets requires luck and perseverance.

Great base for Ragusa

Really spacious room, good little kitchenette and good shower. Bed was comfortable. Close to interesting bit of "new Ragusa" and 20 min downhill walk to old town. Parking on street fine (Eaypark app good). Breakfast at local cafe with voucher, was brilliant.

Slight damp smellin room, but quickly went with opening of windows. Would stay here again

A comfortable, quiet, safe and convenient one night stay.

Most of our contact was with Martina whose friendliness, helpfulness and mastery of English were well above anything we expected. The other staff members were also friendly, personable and helpful. The room was in excellent condition, all mechanicals worked well. We really did not stay long enough to comment on location but we were able to determine that there were a goodly number of restaurants and shops close by and the normal tourist attractions were easily accessible. It is quite a hike downhill and even tougher uphill if one wants to visit Ragusa Ibla!

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Martina was very helpful with our requests with bus timetables and information on Ragusa. Although our stay was short I highly recommend Niria.
