Location is unbeatable, it's in the middle of one of the market streets just 5 minutes away from Sendai Station. Despite this, the inside is very quiet and people were very respectful. The capsule rooms are quite big and the bed is comfortable, and even include a big locker within the capsule to store your belongings. Beside the ofuro there's a resting area with TV and multiple mangas you can read freely. While there's no separate place to store your luggage, you can rent a baggage chain if you got very bulky stuff. On plus, the rooms smell very nice.
During check-in the staff was a bit condescending because my Japanese isn't perfect so sometimes I make mistakes in my keigo. However, the next member of the staff was pretty helpful and was more welcoming, so in general a good experience. Also the ofuro is quite small but it does the job of helping you relax after a long day.

The public bath was great, i especially liked the open air portion. Getting fresh towels and inside wear everyday was also nice. The staff were professional and everything was impressively clean.
The sleeping pad was extremely thin. As a side sleeper it was impossible to sleep comfortably. The duvet was also weirdly short, my feet were always getting coming out and getting cold. I’m not unusually tall (about 182cm) and this is not a problem I’ve ever had at any other hotel.
