Hotel Termales Tierra Viva

Buena habitación y el tamaño, el colchón y ropa de cama de muy buena calidad y muy cómodas, el jacussi privado por habitaciones me encantó, la comida muy rica y buenos precios.

No me gustó que se me fue el tiempo volando 😅

The location due to construction could be difficult to get in or out to Manizales.

The room is spacious with walls of windows overlooking the forest and thermal springs, very nice! Bathroom is nice, clean and modern. If you're staying at the hotel you can enjoy the pools but also private little bath with a table and chairs, really really nice!

Maybe the room is too insulated because if you're not opening the windows it gets very foggy instantly. The staff is meh, I had to speak to literally everyone walking around to get checked-in and pay hotel & restaurant to different people, quite annoying... As I arrived, I spoke to the person at the reception, staff 1, he called someone else, staff 2, this person walked me to the room and then somehow we walked back to the reception to check-in with staff 1, then staff 2 walked me back. At the restaurant staff 3 took my order and acted as the waiter, but I had to pay to staff 4 on the next day at the pools desk (because...?!) and then go back to the reception to pay my room to staff 5. It could not have been more difficult.
